Today, Ty and I went shopping. It was really exciting to buy new things!
Ty got some new shirts; I got a pair of sandals (much needed, the only sandals I had before were wedges, and Ty hates them because they make us the same height. It almost takes the fun out of wearing them because I have to listen to him complain), a pair of flats (as if I needed another pair, but my other all-purpose flats are gross, so I feel that this was justified), and a…romper! I have never worn a romper. In fact, the first time I saw one (2006), I thought it was some sort of adult onesie.
However, this one is in a really pretty sea-foam green and I actually liked how it fits. Also, it’s cotton, and feels so light on. With it being 100 degrees these days, I am all for light fabric. Perhaps tomorrow I will post some pictures of my new things, because I am pretty excited over them.

P.S. This is not the most flattering picture of me ever, but it’s to show how long my hair has gotten and how important it is to keep up on your hair-trims and also the awfulness of growing your hair out. Tyler told me my hair looks like Harry Potters’ in the fourth Harry Potter movie, when both Harry and Ron have absolutely terrible hair. Although I pouted over this, I can’t say I disagree.
